1This Order may be cited as the Withdrawal of Certain Lands (Sawmill Bay N.W.T.) from Disposal Order.

Withdrawal from Disposal

2It is hereby ordered that the surface of the parcel of land described in the schedule be withdrawn from disposal under the Territorial Lands Act for the purpose of an airstrip.

SCHEDULE(Section 2)All that parcel of land at Sawmill Bay, in the Northwest Territories, required for an airstrip as said airstrip is shown bordered in red on a sketch plan of record on file 5-2-28 in the Resources Division of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development at Ottawa.
