Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1)a of the Financial Administration Actb, considering that the collection of debts resulting from overpayments made in error under the program to provide a one-time payment to persons with disabilities for reasons related to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and owed by persons with disabilities, their caregivers or their estates is unreasonable, remits those debts.S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 7(2)R.S. c.
