His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(a) of the Territorial Lands Act, is pleased hereby to order that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet) of the Ordinary High Water Mark of Tuktoyaktuk Harbour in the Northwest Territories be included in the sale of the said lands.The whole of Lots numbered 1007 to 1024 inclusive in Quad numbered 107 C/8 near Tuktoyaktuk in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 71375 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 1941.
