Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 7.92a, paragraph 8(b)b and subsection 8.1(4)c of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Certificate Regulations.aS.C. 2001, c. 29, s. 39bS.C. 1992, c. 4, s. 21cS.C. 2001, c. 29, s. 41Interpretation

1In these Regulations, Act means the Aeronautics Act.

Certificates

2(1)The certificate referred to in section 7.92 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1.(2)The certificate referred to in paragraph 8(b) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2.(3)The certificate referred to in subsection 8.1(4) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 3.

Coming into Force

4These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
