Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the National Transportation Agency, pursuant to subsection 253(6) of the National Transportation Act, 1987*, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed Order exempting certain specified acquisitions by Groupe CSL Inc. from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987, made by the National Transportation Agency.*S.C. 1987, c. 34Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Groupe CSL Inc. Acquisition Exemption Order.

Exemption

2The acquisition by Groupe CSL Inc. of all shares of Groupe CSL Inc. held by Fednav Limited is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
