Marginal note:Elector in whose name another has voted

 If a person asks for a ballot at a polling station after someone else has voted under that person’s name, the person is entitled to receive a ballot and to vote, after having taken the prescribed oath and satisfied the deputy returning officer as to their identity and entitlement to vote at the polling station.
