Order Designating the Minister of Supply and Services as Appropriate Minister with Respect to the Defence Construction (1951) Ltd. (SI/93-111)

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (d) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, and subparagraph (a)(ii) of the definition of appropriate Minister in subsection 83(1) of that Act, is pleased hereby to designate the Minister of Supply and Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Defence Construction (1951) Ltd. for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.
