His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, is pleased hereby
(a) pursuant to paragraph (b)Footnote * of the definition department in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, to designate the Commission of Inquiry into the Deployment of Canadian Forces to Somalia as a department for the purposes of that Act; and
Return to footnote *S.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69
(b) pursuant to paragraph (b)Footnote * of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, to designate the Prime Minister as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Commission of Inquiry into the deployment of Canadian Forces to Somalia.
