Order Declaring the Pickering Lands as an Airport Site (SOR/2001-297)

Whereas the title to the lands whose land titles are set out in the schedule hereto is vested in Her Majesty in right of Canada;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the definition airport siteFootnote ^a in subsection 5.4(1) of the Aeronautics Act, hereby declares that the lands whose land titles are set out in the schedule hereto are required for use as an airport.
